Manolo Blahnik shoes have been a highly sought after item for any fashonista, or obsessed designer shoe collector, since they started to get frequent mentions on the hit TV series Sex And The City. Sarah Jessica Parker’s character, Carrie Bradshaw, had a love for the designer shows, and the mainstream buzz carried out to the masses, as women across the world had to get a pair of Manolo Blahnik shoes on their feet. Bradshaw also was a fan of Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo shoes, but Manolo Blahnik is the veteran in the designer shoe business. Blahnik is a Spanish born fashion designer that has been focusing on footwear since the early 70′s, and now the brand is experiencing a new first, as they recently partnered with the Liberty Store out of London to sell new designs online. The flagship store for Manolo Blahnik is also in London, but up until this point, you could not purchase his shoes at any other retail stores.
The new World of Manolo show line for Liberty debuted last night, and now you can also purchase the new line at the Liberty ecommerce store. In total there looks to be 57 different Manolo Blahnik shoes in the Liberty Collection. Prices start out at £290.00 for some of the flats, and go all the way up to £1240.00 for knee high leather boots. If you are looking specifically for heels, they will set you back anywhere from £450.00 to £875.00. Manolo collectors will be hitting the Liberty shop in London and shopping online over the next few days, to try and become of the the first people to pick up one or more of the new show designs.
