We've been highly impressed with the Nexternal shopping cart solution. The software is easy to navigate, simple enough to learn (especially for anyone who has used alternative shopping carts), and the care and attention provided is definitely noteworthy. SEO has obviously been a significant factor when developing this platform and users won't be disappointed with its features.

They have what i have been looking for for a long time a pay as you go per sale and no limits on the number of products for £5.99 a month.
So far so good but i would love to hear other peoples thoughts before signing up....

WOW!!!! That's all I have to say. WOW WOW and one more WOW :-). The Nexternal Shopping Cart has some amazing features, but what is even better is the customer service. I never have a problem getting a hold of someone and they genuinely care about my product and how I can better use their software to sell it.

I am a fan of this software but not a fan of the monthly payments. When it comes down to it, I haven't found many shopping carts that don't have recurring monthly payments, but I feel that if I'm paying them monthly, they can add the cart to my site and they didn't do that.

What's nice about Nexternal is the fact that you can get a free trial before purchasing. As long as you have a developer ready to start building your site, 15-20 days is enough time to fully vet the product. I was very pleased with it and happy to hand over my credit card information when all was said and done.

Not as great as X-Cart which is the shopping cart software I use on another site, but not too bad either. There are a good amount of features and its easy to use. I prefer more features and will give up ease of use if it means more ways to get more money.

Everyone always talks about starting an online store but few understand that the "if you build it they will come" doesn't actually work online. Really, "if you build it AND OPTIMIZE it, they MAY come." At least with Nexternal you have a leg up on the competition because it comes with search optimization as a basic feature. I rank for a few keywords already and have only had the shopping cart for a month now.
